SWT36150H and SWT25100H matched
with automation robot system from a client in Korea
The client require: This time I want to supply automation system attaching your automatic cable tie machines SWT36150H and SWT25100H.
Here are some his questions and our answers.
The major problem is cable ties. If you use good cable ties, the machine would be very stable. If cable ties are jammed in the machine, pls pick them out then it would work well. If have any problems, pls must tell us and we would help you.
Gun durability: the gun can be used for long time. It is no problem to use 4-5years. It needs to do some maintenance, such us adding lubricating oil every two weeks.They are easy.
You can exchange the gun but it must be guided by us. After you are familiar very much, you could do by yourself. It is a good idea to buy more gun for maintenance.
There were other questions but we only show some that help you know our cable tie machine easily. At last, he purchased 1pcs SWT36150H and 1pcs SWT25100H to match the robot arms.
C25100 can be capable for tyton cable tie guns.
A client asked to check if our cable ties C25100 can be capable for their current cable tie guns. Our company sent some cable ties sample to him to check. And he replied it works great.
SWT25100HC applied to robot arm.
A client use automatic cable tie machine SWT25100HC to apply to the robot arm. Pls check the video after he used the cable tie gun in his factory.
If you want to use our cable tie machine to work with the robot arm, pls inform us in advance. We need to change somethings, like the signals. And the cable tie gun need to be set in the robot arm, so pls inform if you have the supports to do it.
