Full Automatic cable tie machine with robot arm is designed by our factoy. It can work with full automation lines.
- 4 axes, X, Y, Z + Rotation. X/Y/Z/R Travel: X:1200; Y:550; Z:40; R: 0 – 180°.
- Two working fields. One is for worker to load wires and test the connecting. The other one is for the robot and cable gun to bundle wires.
- Be suitable for bundle 1 – 10 cable ties in wires.
- Automatic detecting if cable ties are bound successfully. If fail, the root would deal with the issue and repeat cable tie bundling.
- Deal with loose nylon cable ties.
