Our cable ties are 180mm length. Can we use your automatic cable tie machine to tie them fast?
No, you can not. Now all automatic cable tie tools in our factory are standard models which can only deal with our cable ties. You could choose to customize one based on samples of cable ties after we check and confirm the quality of them.
Why we need to check the samples quality?
Automatic cable tie tool is used to bundle nylon cable ties and the products in fast speed and it asks for very good quality of nylon zip ties. At the beginning, our factory accepted various cable ties and ignored their quality, which made us in trouble.
We believed Swift cable tie machines are good and tried to make nylon cable ties by ourselves. Gradually, we found the cable ties which are stronger, straight, no burr/flash are more suitable for using in automatic cable tie guns.
So if to customize auto cable tie guns, we must check the quality of sample cable ties first. And we would test and inform you what problems the tie gun would have when you use it. At last, you make a decision.
Of course, if you don’t want to customize one, you could think about SWT36200H or SWT36200F.
They use nylon cable ties T36200, width3.6*length200mm. It is so nearby your cable ties 180mm length.

It is better if you could measure the max bundle diameter. Sometimes, some clients would use longer cable ties to bundle small products.
