Automatic cable tie machines using bulk cable ties.
This kind of cable tie machines consists of the host machine and the cable tie gun.The cable tie gun is connected to the host of automatic cable tie machine. Once you pull the trigger of cable tie gun or tread the pedal, cable ties would be transferred into zip tie gun from the host, then locked, tightened and cut the excess parts off. It does the cutting action because the “set” binding force is reached. The bundled products would be bundled tightly. All actions takes about 1 second or less. What is more, cable tie cutter gun can work continuously and stable.

Automatic cable tie tool system using reel cable ties.
Because of reel cable ties, this kind of automatic cable tie tool system does not need the vibration feeder mechanism. That makes it look small.
However, once the operator pulls the trigger or tread the pedal, cable ties would be sent to the cable tie gun too. The work principle is almost the same.
