Automatic Cable Tie Tool With And Without Cutting Off Function
A client from Vietnam asked us to design a cable tie gun that has special function as below.
The cable tie gun can lock cable ties and cut/not cut the excess parts off automatically. And the locked cable ties are loose or tight. What is more, it is only one machine.
According to the client’s requires, we design two functions.
- The cable tie gun can automatically cut the excess parts off. And it is bundled tightly.
The operator doesn’t have to adjust the cable harness size, just put the wire harness in the middle of the jaws of cable tie gun, then pull the trigger, cable ties and wires would be bundled tightly.
- Keep a whole cable tie and the ring can be small or big after bundle.
Operator needs to adjust different times to get different loose degrees. Then you would get small or big rings.
